This is a special oclHashcat-plus version. Hashcat has updated their tools to support the zeroed-out hashes (to ignore the first few bytes when matching SHA1 hashes). Its able to crack the "masked" 3.5 million  hashes in your 6.5 million hashlist, use -m 150.

oclHashcat-plus is a GPGPU-based multi-hash cracker using a brute-force attack (implemented as mask attack), combinator attack, dictionary attack, hybrid attack, mask attack, permutation attack, and rule-based attack.
